Fun Diving

The Underwater Outlaws is a not-for-profit social club for SCUBA divers from Calgary and Southern Alberta. Our social club is dedicated to keeping you, the social diver, out there enjoying our sport and exploring local diving opportunities. To promote enjoyment, fellowship, safety and knowledge among scuba divers and those interested in the underwater world. FUN DIVING for people that want to DIVE.

Training

We do not certify or formally train in SCUBA, we leave this up to the many fine diving facilities in Alberta.

We do however have many members that are very experienced divers to help you hone your skills. Many members have the philosophy.  "Someone took me out when I was new, I don't mind taking you out". 

Events

Throughout the year there are many diving and non-diving club functions in and around the Calgary area. Some of the functions already planned are a Christmas Party, St. Patty’s start-up party, Fathers Day Dive at Forget-me-not pond, camping weekends at Lake Minnewanka, Two Jake Lake and Waterton.

Finding a Buddy has never been so easy

Unlike Sheryl, you don't have to look under the ice for a buddy, we have them all over.

Never worry about going to an event without a buddy, if you don't have someone to dive with we will pair you up with one of the more experienced divers.
Many members have the philosophy "Someone took me out when I was new, I don't mind taking you out".
They may not get out of the water when you're done but thats OK, We have lots of shore support.
